First time coming here. The Service is a 10+, the food is awesome, and just the atmosphere is Great. Some people may say our food took too long to come out, but I kind of liked it. I didn't feel rushed to finish my appetizer than my salad than my pizza. The food just kind of trickled out. And I actually like that. It felt we were getting a break in between entrees. I will be definitely be coming back.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is outstanding and I love the all of the waiters. They are always on top of it and, despite being so busy, are always helpful and kind.

I got horrible customer service here. I walked in about 8:35pm. I requested a booth , and although the restaurant was dead with two managers on duty I was denied my booth , and told I would have to wait for a 10 to 15 mins the restaurant closes at 10pm. There Manager Brent. Was horrible didn't accommodate me/the customers needs. Me and my wife we searching for a good calm quick outing and this manager Brent ruined it. I won't be returning to this location.

I forgot the name of the manager think it starts wit a M (sorry) but he was really helpful nice and made sure we were well taken care of. Happy hour from 3-6 food great.

This place is not overhyped. It's so worth the wait. My group of 5 waited about 40 mins on saturday around lunch time. Not bad at all for a weekend. It's basically a chinese family style restaurant so the portion is big.

The hot wings were fantastic the service there was a smile on your face the bartender was cool good drinks good atmosphere good clientele

Everything yu get is good and amazingly flavorful.. I would totally recommend getting their signature chicken wings.. those things are like crack! Their Chinese is literally one of the best Chinese food places I have ever been to in my life..

Came here on a Thursday night and there was about a 15-20 minute wait. When we were seated, we got seated with other people at the same table which I thought was kind of weird but whatever.

Wing are dank as are the new cheeseballs. Always expect a wait here for seating during peak times. Personally, I think the wings are overpriced for what you're getting. The wings are some of the smaller wings Ive seen. They are good however so can't knock the taste. Really crispy so that's a winner there. Parking is in the back and there is a back entrance as well which I like.

Was looking for a late night dinner spot (we just weren't hungry til 10pm) to lounge with friends and celebrate the bf's birthday. Beretta popped up on Yelp with a good rating and a good amount of reviews. Plus it closes at 1 am on a Tues night giving us plenty of time to eat, drink, and chat.

Excellent burgers and a very good place to grab a meal and a beer. Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. Highly recommended.

I'm a wing eater, ill get wings anywhere I can. Are these the best wings I've ever had? NO. Don't get me wrong, the way they are double fried creates the best texture, but flavoring, I've had better. Should you try it? Absolutely, you've waited over an hr in line, you better get yourself some wings.

Giant menu with giant portions. Part burger joint, part pizza parlor, part sandwich deli, part wing shop, all delicious. They have a full bar - shaking, blending and pouring fun concoctions.Pictured is the BBQ Brisket Burger, featuring a glistening fried egg, sweetly savory bbq brisket, melting cheese, meaty beef patty, creamy coleslaw, and crisp pickles. A opted for the flavorful mac & cheese and seasoned fries. My fiance ordered the fried pickle chips and French onion soup as his sides... both were excellent.

Best wings every time!! This place is always consistent with taste and quality of food. The staff is typically very nice.

A friend of mine recommended this place. Very good service and very good food. The wings are amazing. Their house ranch is very good. Love the ambience. Nice place to hang out with friends and family. Lot of tvs if you want to watch some sport while getting dinner. The food was served super quickly. I got the regular buffalo sauce wings and they the best I have eaten Ina while. Will be coming here more often now.

Came here on a Friday night at 7:20pm with 4 other people and waited about 10 minutes! Surprised that we were seated so fast.

Alondras Hot Wings are unbelievably good! The wait time was 5 seconds. The staff were on point and the pizza, a solid 10/10!!!Thank you for an awesome experience!

Love the wings and cheese balls. Food was great but the waitress disappeared for a while. Another waitress took care of us better. Truly disappointing.

My favorite wing spot in LA. Very meaty and always crispy. Cool spot with a bunch of old mobster media all over the walls. My wife and I used to go here all the time when I went to CSULA. Just came back after 10 years and and it's as good as ever.This Thing Of Ours is my favorite pizza, red sauce, cheese, ranch, and spicy boneless wing chunks.I've had the Atomic wings once. I finished 1 before tapping out.

Service was kinda slow but they were friendly.Food was ehhh overall Thai chili tasted like egg roll sauce straight out of the jar Hot Buffalo was spicy which was nice Ranch was good Garlic fries came out early and were veryyyy salty and soggy Salad was sad

Dim lighting, quiet yet busy ambiance. Communal table for groups or perfect setting for dates. Not too big on the brick oven thin crust pizzas but the truffle risotto, meatball appetizers, and crab croquettes are a definite MUST. The cocktails are delicious; something is bound to tickle your fancy. I've been to Beretta a hand full of times and it never disappoints. An SF staple for sure.. Enjoy.

The pizza and wings are tasty. Overall the food is good. But the only draw back is the wait for seating and service isn't the great. They have additional seating in the next room but I've never seen it used. Once the server takes your order don't expect anything else until the check comes. If you don't mine the wait the food is good but not worth the wait

I had heard about this place and finally went. When I say these are the BEST wings I've ever had, I mean these are the BEST wings I've ever had. Wings are crunchy, not too greasy, not dry.. just perfect. Bacon cheeseburger and fries, cooked just right 👌🏼 . I am picky when it comes to burgers. I like my french fries to truly compliment the burger and this place knows how to do it right. Going back as soon as possible. Alondra's Hot Wings, thank you for making such amazing food and your staff by the way, AWESOME. Such a great first time experience. 👌🏼👍

Great pizza & wings! I like them better now than 5 years ago!

last night was our first time we went to this good restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the courteous service, with the magnificent food and booze and with the friendly pay. We will definitely return there soon.

Had a great experience here with my kids. The food arrives quickly and the customer service is just good. Prices are affordable.

This is a great venue for some decent food while watching your favorite teams battle it out on one of the many TV's. The personal pizza, wings, and chicken tenders were just okay, and in my opinion, not as mouth-watering as what you might get at Buffalo Wild Wings. I expected as much since we came here out of convenience for just game 3 of Rockets versus Warriors. While the food was okay, the service was a "slam dunk". Initially, we were a little disappointed because a happy hour menu was not provided despite being seated 10 minutes prior to the end of happy hour. Our friendly server made up for this by honoring our request to order items at happy hour pricing. She also came by often to check on how we were doing - always a good practice in any situation. Overall, I had a good experience; the Warriors losing definitely added to that as well!

I celebrated my birthday last night in this gorgeous place. happy to tell that we passed a tremendous evening and the restaurant was absolutely one of the reasons for that successful gathering. The waiters contributed in a lovely style, the cuisine was great and my friends were very overjoyed. We shall definitely return for more events. Thank you very much.

A classic SF joint. The go-tos are the infamous chicken wings and authentic black bean noodles. The wings are double fried, similar to the Korean style fried chicken, but the sauce is what makes it unique. Perfectly fried - there is a great crunch, and the inside is moist and flavorful. The black bean noodles are chewy in texture and the saucy is a perfect complement to the spicy and tangy wings. If have more room in your stomach, I would highly consider the pan fried dumplings as well is the dry-fried fish fillets, both were well prepared.

The best dry fried chicken wings EVER!!! You cannot go wrong here. The food is delicious. Service is not the best, but the food makes up for it.

The service was simple and not over-the-top where a person would shove customer service down your throat till you can't breathe. They treated us like human beings. I like honesty and the waiter was very honest when asked about recommendations (1st time being there). The food was great and gotten it right unlike Red Robbins where somehow a burger turned into a salad. They don't even sound the same! Anyways, the service and food was perfect. I recommend that you bring a friend to enjoy the meal with. The only strange encounter is just me nitpicking, but isn't a deal breaker: waiter saying hello to an empty door twice. She's actually nice, so it didn't bother me.

Service is good some times depending on who served you. The bartender/server Celene Vasquez is one of the best employees that treat the customers with a great attitude, courteous manner and attentive to her tables even after they get their order. The nights that we go there to eat, it's awesome when we see Celene is here to serve us!

This was my first visit to San Tung and definitely won't be my last. We ordered the dry fried chicken wings, dry black bean noodles with calamari and shrimp, and the fried potstickers. All of it was great and, as many others have said, the chicken wings were the highlight. There was no wait for lunch on a Sunday as restaurants have started to slow down, and the service was great.

I've tried many, many hot wings restaurants. Rarely are they spicy at all even though the name will say "insanity" or "blazing". The atomic here is actually really got and very spicy. Wings made well, interesting home made ranch that cooled down the heat. Also, everything was "well done" how I ordered. Other places will say they cooked the wings and fries for longer but I get mush Everytime. Great experience over all.

The food is constantly fresh and delicious, employees provides good service. I really like how clean it is and ambience. I highly recommend this place.

Third visit yesterday- 1230 for lunch on Pride Weekend. Wait wasn't too bad - maybe 20 mins.. service was slow - food comes out as they cook it (almost in courses- this is your rice course..) service is 3 at best

Wowwwww let's just say, when my friend ate his first wing, he almost cried. Go line up at 5:30, I guarantee you people will show up at 5:45 alll at the same time.

The staffs are very friendly and nice. The food is amazingly tasty. I love the cheese meatballs. The service is fast and the price is reasonable. However, they promised to give me a complementary icecream for my birthday this evening, but they never brought it to me. I guess, they forgot.

Alondra Hot Wings is a fantastic location to watch your favorite game. We ate mozzarella cheese sticks, wings, cheese balls and pizza. They have a great selection of beers and a lively crowd. Great place

I had t ever really thought about what Chinese cuisine might offer me in terms of substitute to USA Buffalo wings but whether or not Trump levees tarries we have to respect the quality of the San Tung chicken wing.

Good customer service . Food is different from when they first opened . My husband got a Mac n cheese with bacon and avacado and the Mac in cheese had no flavor at all it was just a liquidy yellow color with no flavor at all and my wings were soft as if my wings were alive . Gross.

Really enjoyed this Alondras. The atomic wings will kill you I love spicy hot everything but damn these are killers. Staff was friendly and the rest of the food was great.

Lunchtime service here was excellent, the place is nice, clean and good pricing on the menu items. Lunch special had plenty of options and combos of main dish and sides ( no drink included). My only complaint was the water had a slight off taste... Food was delicious but my sandwich could've had less saltiness (chicken pesto sandwich).
